It’s not a secret Happiness Fans have a lot to think about about the hit HBO show, and it looks like the cast is listening.
Dominic Fike, who joined the Emmy-winning drama in season two as Rue (Zendaya) Elliot’s mysterious friend, appeared on Thursday Tonight’s program, where host Jimmy Fallon wanted to hear him absorb some popular fan theories. One of them, as Fallon explains, concerns the possibility that Nate (Jacob Elordi) might actually be Elliot’s “estranged brother.”
After thinking about his answer, Fike replied, “I wouldn’t even lie – I saw this online. And I’ve been looking at it for a while, and there’s a lot of connection, and a lot of people are talking about it through these Reddit threads. And in the end, I said, “Am I Nate’s brother?”
Fike added a laugh, “I almost called him up and asked him.”
Fallon went on to ask if Tom Holland, who is dating Zendaya in real life, is likely to appear in the season two finale airing this Sunday. Fike won’t talk to that, but he doesn’t say anything but kind words about Not detected yet star.
“I knew I would hear the name Tom,” Fike quipped. “What I can tell you is that Tom is an amazing guy when it comes to being Spider-Man. You know, because you think, as Spider-Man, you can do whatever you want. You can walk into any room and point at someone’s girlfriend.”
In case that creates any confusion, he continued, “He didn’t do that. He pointed at his girlfriend and kissed her on the mouth.”
