I’m a fan of the old-fashioned Glossier Boy Brow – in my mind, it was the first product that made me know that my brows even need some attention during my makeup routine. I use clear color (although it comes in black, brown, fawn, and golden) and find that it does a great job in growing my very full brows and preventing them from becoming too full. tangled. – Chelsea Stone, senior editor
Boy Brow has been on my makeup rotation since its debut in 2015. I love the small primer and pomade formula that offers just the right amount of hold to soften and fill in brows. The perfect black for my natural black hair without looking too bright. – Sophie Shaw, deputy beauty editor
It’s worth it, but it’s the best. I have naturally thick and full brows, but they can be quite patchy due to too much retouching during my teen years. I use Revitabrow’s Advanced serum whenever I feel like my brows could be fuller, and it never disappoints. I notice a visible difference in my brows whenever I use this serum and it’s one of the few beauty products that I regularly purchase for myself. – Hayley Saltzman, head of society
Basically, if it’s part of the Benefit Cosmetics line of brows, I’m using it. I’m no brow expert, but these products help me pretend I know what I’m doing. If I’m in a hurry or don’t have enough makeup on, Gimme Brown or Ka-Brow! is my favorite as you can add some subtle color and definition. If I spent a lot of time on makeup, I would actually correct my brows and fill them in with Brown Zing, Brow styler or Goof Proof eyebrow pencil – it really depends on what’s at hand. I always complete my look with High eyebrows highlight and keep them in place with Kush Clear Brow Gel Makeup Remover. – Lindsey Smith, deputy editor
I talked about how much I love Merit products (namely Flush Balm) before, and its eyebrow spray is also very popular. With the perfect little spoolie brush that gets just the right amount of product every time, and the glossy yellow packaging that feels expensive, I get a little nervous every time I reach for the tube. You can also build the formula on top of your brows, and honestly, I haven’t experienced a single time where the product was smudged or messy. – Rachel Lubitz, lifestyle editor
The Brow Highlighter set is my favorite that The Brow Trio has to offer. I like champagne and pearl shades because they are subtle enough to wear on a makeup-free day but also buildable and can add light and shine in the evening. This product is creamy and glides seamlessly over the brow bone, and the packaging is super cute too. Free ice cream! – Stephanie Griffin, senior digital content strategist
TikTok made me buy this, and I’m hooked! Even though Amazon’s title says it’s for brow lift, I use this product to hold it in without flaking or hardening. I’ve seen a girl with perfect brows use it on TikTok, and she says the wand/soap combo doesn’t leave any weird flaking after use. I have tried many brow gels to keep my brows in place, but many make my brows look too stiff or shiny, and others cause flaking after each use, so I Yes to try this soap for myself. I used this Eyebrow soap for about a month now, and it’s great! I applied it after Joey Healy Brow Architect, and it kept my brows looking flawless for hours. – Hayley Saltzman, head of society
If you’re looking for the softest brows of your life, look no further than Joey Healy’s Brow Lacquer. With an ultra-thin brush that you can brush your little hairs up and out with for some serious Brooke Shields energy, I can say for sure it’s worth your while. Also, for the redheads out there, the Fawn color is absolute perfection. Not too dark and not too light, it really adds a pop of color to the brows that I love. – Rachel Lubitz, lifestyle senior editor
I’ve been using the same set of Ardell Brow Perfection Stencils for 15 years and they haven’t ripped or lost their shape in all that time. These are great if you’re like me and need a little help shaping your brows. – Lindsey Smith, deputy editor
I’ve been a fan of Kimiko ever since Dani Vincent (the founder) worked her magic on my brows using ~exclusive~ her very own line of brow products. I especially love The Brow Sensei because it’s a classy, transparent gel brow styler that holds and holds my brows better than any other brow gel. which I have tried before! It’s also formulated with clean ingredients and contains hair-strengthening and strengthening peptides, leaving my hair feeling and looking nourished. I cannot recommend this enough. – Stephanie Griffin, senior digital content strategist
Even though I have naturally thick eyebrows, they can always be thicker, you know? Just for fun, I started using Healy’s Eyebrow Serum, which uses pentapeptide, hyaluronic acid, and wheat protein that work together to moisturize (great for people with dry skin around the eyes like like this). me) and increased circulation, resulting in a visible difference in as little as two weeks. I’ve been applying the serum for about two years now (I love using it as the last step in my skincare routine.) my nighttime skin care routine) and my eyebrows have never been longer. – Rachel Lubitz, lifestyle senior editor
This brow gel and pen duo is a handy two-in-one tool to have on hand. The brush tip creates fine lines, so you can fill in brows with microfiber precision. The clear gel then holds the brows in place and dries without flaking. Plus, I love that the dark brown shade has a cool undertone, so you avoid the red-toned look that many brow products leave behind. – Sophie Shaw, deputy beauty editor
I don’t color my brows very often, but if I notice a spot that looks a bit bare, this pencil from Anastasia Beverly Hills is a good choice. It comes in dozens of colors (I used a dark brown) and glides on smoothly, allowing you to create a line with ease. Helpfully, the reverse side of the pencil is a small brush tip, which is great at blending for a natural finish. – Chelsea Stone, senior editor
Joey Healy is basically the king of eyebrows, and his products do NOT disappoint. I use a lot of his products, but my daily favorite is his Brow Architect Stylo. It’s blendable but pigmented, and it seems to naturally cling to each strand of hair to make them look thicker and fuller. I have very dark and thick brows but I have a few patchy spots – this formula covers the patches perfectly without making my brows look too serious. It’s also a waterproof formula so it never smudges or smudges throughout the day. That’s the best! – Hayley Saltzman, head of society
If I had to choose between one makeup product for the rest of my life, it would be my brows. One end has a retractable liner that makes it easy to draw hair-like strokes, while the other has a full-size spoolie brush that helps comb my tangled brows into place, while blending and blurring formula if I apply too much – this happens often thanks to my heavy hands! It’s also waterproof, available in 12 different shades, and best of all, I feel like a pro every time I apply it. – Stephanie Griffin, senior digital content strategist
My go-to drugstore brow product has been Maybelline’s Brow Fast Sculpt for a few years now. With a little brush that can comb and bold every brow hair you have, this is one of those simple yet amazing products that makes you think, ‘Why would anyone use anything else? ‘ The tube is also super small so it is very suitable for travel. – Rachel Lubitz, lifestyle senior editor
As someone who regularly gets their brows waxed only once, a good pair of tweezers helps me keep my brows groomed between visits. I usually do a maintenance epilation once a week and this slanted tweezers allow me to get even the best brows out. – Sophie Shaw, beauty editorial associate
