Why work?

The healthcare workforce is in crisis. Almost 20% of healthcare workers have quit since the pandemic startedand 49% of them cite burnout or stress as their top reason to leave healthcare.

The pandemic has increased our society’s awareness of mental health and behavioral problems caused by stress, isolation, and disconnection from society and the community. While the general population has experienced the effects of these conditions profoundly, the clinician population has been subjected to the most extreme conditions.

One of the most common ways we see health care delivered in a hybrid setting is through remote health. Patients and service providers can be where it is most convenient at the time of consultation. For service providers, telehealth can mean better schedule density and less travel time between hospitals, clinics and their homes.
