Oglaza stated well being inspectors have repeatedly gone to go to the restaurant, on Nov. 5, 8 and 9.
“Our public well being inspector confirmed continued non-compliance with the necessities of the order,” Oglaza stated.
When requested why the restaurant has been allowed to stay open, Oglaza stated the well being unit is working with municipal authorities on the matter.

The restaurant’s liquor licence was suspended in late September, and prolonged whereas a call was made on whether or not to completely revoke the licence.
