VinFast Automobile Co., Ltd. filed for IPO in the US. The plan to list on NASDAQ with the symbol ‘VFS’.
Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, BNP, HSBC, RBC, Wolfe, Baird are listed as underwriters.
The company has delivered nearly 88,000 vehicles (mostly ICE vehicles) and more than 145,000 e-scooters through the end of September 2022.
The company plans to sell their electric SUV line in key markets globally, specifically targeting North America (mainly the US and Canada) and Europe, in addition to its current market. they are in Vietnam.
