Kanye West vs DL Hughley has just been hit by VIOLENCE, MTO News has found. This weekend, a group of men affiliated with Kanye West reported RAN DOWN on DL Hughley when he was having dinner with his family in Malibu, California MTO News learned.
And one of the people who took down DL – rapper Theophilus London – posted a video of the confrontation on Instagram. MTO News learned about security, and the police were eventually called to intervene.
It all started on Saturday, when DL Hughley made the mistake of posting an image on social media showing him and his family dining at a popular Malibu restaurant. BIG MISTAKE.
That’s because a few of Kanye’s friends, including rapper Theophilus London, were in Malibu. So the crew drove to Nobu to confront the comedian, MTO News confirmed.
Minutes after arriving, Theophilus can be seen on video strolling by DL’s desk while saying something slick. Then, a moment later, the rapper and another man confronted DL in what appeared to be a bathroom.

He posted a screenshot from the clip showing the comedian wearing a light purple tracksuit while he looked back into London’s eyes.
The rapper’s arm can be seen extending towards DL like he’s throwing his hand during the interaction.
MTO News spoke to a person close to DL who told us “[DL] was there with his mother, wife and other FEMALE members of his family – so he didn’t want any trouble. “
Insiders confirmed that the DL party first called security, and then the police were called last.
No violence, good luck to everyone involved. We can’t wait for DL to address this on his radio show. . .
