Family of victim killed in stampede at GloRilla concert sue
The family of one of the victims of a stampede death at the GloRilla concert in Rochester, New York has revealed plans to sue. Based on TMZ, The victim’s family intends to sue GloRilla, a co-star, Finesse2Tymes, who promote the concert and venue.

Miller died on March 6, and her identity was revealed shortly thereafter.

Since her sister’s death, Michelle Miller explains that her family has worked tirelessly to retain a prominent lawyer. Additionally, she said that her family “has no plans to back down.”
Based on TMZ, the Miller family believes that Brandy’s death could have been prevented. Her brother, who was also at the concert, watched from another area and explained that the performance was “totally chaotic from the start.”
Brandy Miller’s family spoke out shortly after her death
Brandy Miller’s boyfriend, Eric Smith, spoke privately with WAM after news of her passing was revealed. He explained that he was still processing his “confused” feelings about the concert that turned tragic.
“Just confused me. Someone can spend their money and buy tickets to have fun, and you are buying tickets to your own death.”
EQUAL Shade room As reported earlier, concertgoers began flocking toward the venue’s exit after they said they heard gunfire inside the venue. However, police found no evidence of gunshots.
Smith explained that imagining his girlfriend in that situation is what breaks his heart the most.
“What was really heartbreaking was imagining the fear and panic that filled her head when she actually fell and felt all the pressure from her feet on her body.”
Miller’s sister, Michelle, says she doesn’t blame concert organizers for her sister’s death. But believe that “negligence” played a huge role in this tragedy and the parties involved should be held accountable.
“I don’t blame the organizers because they didn’t push her to the ground or walk over here. But there are steps to prevent negligence in everything you do in life, and that’s it.”
On March 7, WHAM oneI also spoke with Brandy Miller’s father while not filming. At the time, he revealed that he hadn’t heard from anyone from the Rochester Main Street Armory. Or from GloRilla and any member of her team.
More shocking details about Miller’s death
On March 8, News10NBC posted an interview with the Miller family. In the interview, Brandy Miller’s father claimed that his daughter was “murdered.”
“She was murdered – she was stepped on, trampled…
The outlet explained that Miller was standing “near the front of the stage” as the crowd grew. Also, when Miller was trampled, she was separated from her ID and cell phone.
This left her family and friends unaware of Miller’s whereabouts. Additionally, doctors told the Miller family that Brandy lay on the ground for about 25-35 minutes before paramedics were able to get inside the site and help the victims.
Miller’s father further explained his thoughts.
“How would you try to get 5,000 people out a door? She didn’t stand a chance when she fell to the floor… And they say, you’d think people would try to pick her up and help her up, but they didn’t.”
At the end of the interview, Miller’s sister revealed that her family had yet to hear from any officials, nor GloRilla or her team, about Brandy’s death.
The Millers won’t let Brandy’s death go in vain
In an interview with News 8 WROC, the Miller family revealed that Brandy is a certified nursing assistant. Going forward, the family is focused on paying homage to Brandy’s legacy, which her sister says is positive and uplifting.
“She was very happy – a happy person… My sister today is a strong, black African-American hero and she is still a hero when she dies.”
In addition, the Miller family revealed that Brandy’s heart, liver and kidney had been donated to save the lives of four other people.
