One family was reunited with their family pet more than two years later. Yesenia Madrigal and Richard Figueroa lost their dog while living in El Paso, Texas. The pair say that someone left their gate open, and that’s when Max escapes. Before they left, Madrigal updated his contact information with the American Bulldog Association. 2 weeks ago someone called to say Max had been found just 5 minutes from their old home. A 13-year-old dog has a microchip that helps identify its owner. But the family said money was tight, and they couldn’t buy a flight to Texas. A GoFundMe was formed to reunite pets and owners. However, shortly after it went live online, a man, known only as Barry, decided to pay the full amount.
