Fantasy Defense Leaderboard Week 15: Who starts, sits at D/ST in fantasy football

No position can be as scrutinized as D/ST, especially when every possible choice is handled by us. As always, the matches will determine potential sleepers and streamers, but their decision to start, sit will still be tough in the first round of fantasy football knockouts. Our Week 15 Fantasy Defense Ranking is here to help you find the best options.

As always, some high possession defense had tough games. The Struggling Steelers (compared to the Titans) continue to decrease in ownership numbers, but if you’re already stuck with them and somehow made it to the knockout round, now is the time to give up the ship. The Panthers (@Bills), Ravens (vs Packers) and Saints (@Buccaneers) are also mostly out of the game this week (unless Josh Allen’s ankle injury keeps him out of the game against Carolina), however, to be fair, the Saints had some of their best fantasy days of the season against the Bucs the last time they played. However, this game is in Tampa, so we’re not nearly as optimistic.

WEEK 15 STANDARD RATINGS:
Midfielder | Run back | Wide receiver | Tight ending | Kicker

The Rams (@ Seahawks), Chiefs (@ Chargers) and Broncos (vs Bengals) are also in tough positions, but they can still kick in depending on your other options. The Broncos are usually better off at home – and Joe Burrow throws his fair share of INTs – and we know the Rams have the talent to go up against anyone. The captains are just as hot as any D/ST in the NFL right now, so there are plenty of reasons to like these teams despite their opponents. The Patriots (@ Colts) also had a tough game on paper, but we’re not worried about them going up against the error-prone Carson Wentz.

WEEK 15 PPR RANKING:
Midfielder | Run back | Wide receiver | Tight ending | Kicker

If you need/want a sleeper, the top matches go to the Dolphins (versus Jets), Eagles (vs Washington), 49ers (vs Falcons), Vikings (@Bears) and Bengals (@Broncos) . With the exception of the Dolphins, no one feels like certainties, but the numbers are at least in their favor. The Eagles had a hard time before they said goodbye, but maybe a break will help. The 49ers, Vikings and Bengals tend to drop out of the big games, so they’re in the “boom or bust” category. Chances are, you can find a safer option, but if you’re a big underdog and want to go all out on a high-ceiling team, then you can try your luck with San. Francisco, Minnesota or Cincinnati.

if you Actually If you want a chance, you can try Jaguars or Texans. The two teams play defensively against each other, and it’s entirely possible that each team’s defensive shortcomings are outweighed by their offensive problems. Both teams rank in the top three for defensive virtual points allowed D/STs. We usually recommend playing pairs, but we can’t put these teams in the top 15 on their own. However, they have a good chance of “booming” like the teams we’ve listed above.

You’ll really feel confident about most of the D/ST going on in a week. Anything can happen, and a stroke or two of luck can be the difference between getting into the top 5 and a disappointing performance. We’ll make sure to look at injury reports closer to game day, as some critical offensive or defensive injuries can turn bankruptcies into dozeers and dozeers into crashes. bankruptcy hastily.

Note: We’ll be updating this D/ST leaderboard throughout the week, so check back for the latest analysis and player movements.
