It’s been a minute since we featured this plus-size luxury brand on TCF! Years ago, I had the opportunity to Italy with 11 other influencers to experience the brand firsthand. And today? Marina Rinaldi x Sara Battaglia Fall capsule collection, named “Completely spotless” is one to consider. We are excited to share with you our latest collaboration with the largest size sure to be inspired!
This is not the first collaboration from Marina Rinaldi, the sister brand of Max Mara. Most recently mined brand Marco de Vincenzo to collaborate and also have capsule collections by other designers, including Tsumori Chisato, Stella Jean, Fausto Puglisi, Roksanda Ilincic and Antonio Berardi.
For this Fall capsule collection, Marina Rinaldi introduced the Milan-based fashion designer Sara Battaglia, who recently collaborated with the brand with their handbags. With this capsule collection we get High-end design fashion plus size Brings charm, drama, vibrant colors, bold shadows.

Taking a cue from George Michael’s 2004 song and video, “Flawless (Go to the City)”, we have a collection that conveys the diversity of models in terms of age, height, race, and gender. Ethnicity and form – all core elements of the collection and the brand.

Inspiration for Marina Rinaldi x Sara Battaglia Capsule Collection
In an interview with WWDSara Battaglia shares her inspiration for the “Completely Flawless” collection:
“Also, I wanted the collection to express joy,” she speaks. “You can see life in pink with these thick white-framed sunglasses and contrasting pink lenses.”
She continued to share in the interview, “I always play with proportions, and I love to contrast them with unexpected materials… The purpose of my work is to continue to celebrate the femininity and beauty of women. What was once considered a weakness, I now highlight strengths and qualities that should no longer be hidden but should be emphasized. I find anything too perfect to be boring.”
