Father and son from Eustis die in fiery car crash on Christmas Eve, FHP says

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a fatal car crash on Christmas Eve in Lake County left two people dead. It was traveling west on SR-46, very close to where it connects to SR-429, when another vehicle was heading east, FHP said. According to the soldiers, the accident is still being investigated by the FHP.

The soldiers said the victims were a 49-year-old father and 29-year-old son from Eustis.
They were traveling west on SR-46, very close to where it joined SR-429, when they were hit by another vehicle traveling east, the FHP said.
The driver of the second vehicle involved in the crash was in hospital, according to soldiers.
The crash is still being investigated by FHP.
