FBI raids homes linked to Russian oligarch and Putin associate Oleg Deripaska

The FBI is looking out two properties linked to a Russian billionaire with ties to President Vladimir Putin, a spokesperson for the oligarch, Oleg Deripaska, informed NBC Information on Tuesday.

The raids of two homes, situated in Washington, D.C., and New York, “are being carried out on the idea of two court docket orders, related to US sanctions,” the spokesperson informed NBC.

An FBI spokeswoman earlier confirmed to CNBC that brokers are conducting “court-authorized regulation enforcement exercise” on the Washington residence.
