Foreign Minister Antony Blinken meets with Russian foreign minister on Thursday
Blinken will also meet Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on the sidelines of a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), the official said.

Blinken’s comments come amid concerns that Russia could launch another invasion of Ukraine as Moscow’s military forces are beefing up near the border. He made the remarks at a joint press conference with Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs in Riga, where he was attending a meeting of NATO foreign ministers to address the Russian military buildup on the border with Ukraine.
