Studio Ramsay Global (SRG), the recently founded production company founded by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and Fox Entertainment, has hired its first chief executive officer, naming it senior strategist Cyrus Farrokh.
Based in Los Angeles, Farrokh will work closely with Ramsay; Fox Entertainment President of Alternative Entertainment and Specials, Rob Wade; and creative director Lisa Edwards of Studio Ramsay Global in showcasing SRG content on distribution platforms worldwide. The company, which debuted last year, produces series like Fox’s Next level chef and coming soon Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars.
Prior to joining the company, Farrokh was the director of distribution at Ben Silverman and Howard T. Owens’ Content Propaganda. He has worked closely with Fox in the international sale of the rights to Fox Alternative Entertainment’s unscripted series and formats.
