Garcelle Beauvais explains she ended a brief affair with Will Smith after his son was called “Miss Jada” and turned down a vacation with Michael Jordan in the ’90s
Back in the void, these celebs continued, hunni. They were fooh la la’n and Garcelle Beauvais, affectionately known as Fancy, has had several scales to say about her romantic experiences since the ’90s.
In her new memoir, “Love Me As I Am,” the 55-year-old shares her dating experience with Michael Jordan and Will Smith.
The model and former basketball player did a photo session together and hung out afterwards. She said, “I was impressed by how tall and handsome he was. He took me on a golf date after the shoot and showed me how to properly hold the club and turn.”
MJ must have been impressed too because he wanted to take her to Hawaii, but she turned down his offer, according to the New York Post.
“Like an innocent little girl, I was ‘jeweled hand in hand’ and was shocked at the idea of going to Hawaii with a man I had just met.
She added:
I blew that one!
It’s unclear when or how long the two dated, but they could be superstars.
While the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star brought us into her business, she mentioned that she ended a romantic relationship with Will Smith. According to her book, she also said that Will’s son, Trey, asked her if she was Jada during a call.
I remember calling one day [Will] and he was in the car. And his son, with Sheree, [they] was behind.
She continued:
So, you know, he picked up his car or Bluetooth or whatever of the day, or speakerphone – whatever that was – and he said, ‘Hey, how are you?’ And I said, ‘I’m great.’
She went on to say that she heard a voice in the background who went on to ask:
[Is that] Miss Jada is on the phone?
Beauvais also went on to say that she ended the ’90s romance.
And that’s when I felt fine – I wasn’t the only one. Exit phase on the left.
As is known, Will went on to marry Jada Pinkett Smith in 1997. The two have two children together, Willow Smith, 21 years old and Jayden Smith, 23 years old.
