NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) – Gaylord Opryland is restricting access to the property during peak times, the hotel announced on social media and its website.
Starting Friday, November 26 to January 2, access to the resort grounds is restricted to every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, starting at 2 p.m. Guests must reserve a room or event in advance to enter. There is no limit before 2 p.m. or Monday through Thursday.
The decision was made “to ensure an enjoyable environment for our overnight guests and those booking event tickets on peak days,” according to a social media post.
NASHVILLE (WSMV) – This year, Gaylord Opryland will celebrate its 38th annual A Country Christmas celebration.
The hotel is known for its Christmas displays both inside and outside the hotel building. Thousands of people visit the hotel to see the display.
“We invite and welcome visitors who don’t need to book or pre-book the event to come to the door by 2pm CT on weekends and enjoy the rest of the day/evening or visit anytime from Monday to Thursday,” Gaylord Opryland post on social media.
