The ministry said, “In Ayurveda, it is said to be the best rejuvenating herb. Acute toxicity studies of Guduchi’s aqueous extract report that it does not produce any toxic effects. However, the safety of a drug depends on how it is used. . Dosage is one of the most important factors in determining the safety of a particular drug.”

‘Giloy/Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) is a veritable treasure among sources of herbal medicine and is used to treat various metabolic disorders.’

The ministry mentioned a study, “Lower concentrations of Guduchi powder can increase the lifespan of fruit flies (Drosophila Melanogaster.) At the same time, higher concentrations gradually reduce the lifespan of flies. This clearly shows that this is the case. It is clear that optimal dosage must be maintained to achieve the desired effect.This means that herbs must be used in appropriate doses as prescribed by a qualified physician in order to be effective. ”

It is said that with its wide range of activities and rich ingredients, Guduchi is a real treasure among herbal medicine sources.
