GoFundMe launches for women at Auburn Hospital | Style of life

A GoFundMe was given to a woman in the critical care unit at Auburn Community Hospital.

Alexandra Giordano has been at the hospital since November 4, and is currently on a ventilator in a medically induced coma.

They said her illness was sudden and a “complete shock” to her family on the fundraiser. They are currently in the process of transferring her to another facility for further care.

GoFundMe has a goal of $25,000 and raised a little over $11,000 as of Thursday afternoon. It is hosted by her daughter, Ariana Giordano, and stepdaughter, Bridgett Mattes.
