Sacramento State’s Best Academic Women’s Team Award goes to the golf program… the award is given to the girls team with the highest GPA for the 2021-22 school year… women’s golf with a 3.83 GPA in the year. school year, ending before volleyball (3.66) and tennis (3.52)… this marks the second year in a row women’s golf has won the award… all eight members of the team now have averages average over 3.3… it should be noted that every Sacramento State women’s program posted better than 3.0 GPA for the school year.
