CHICAGO (CBS) – The date for Heather Mack being released from an Indonesian jail has been set.
She’s the Chicago girl convicted of serving to her boyfriend within the homicide of her mom in Bali in 2014. Mack was sentenced to 10 years behind bars.
Prosecutors had argued Mack and Schaefer plotted to kill Sheila Von Wiese-Mack as a result of she didn’t approve of their relationship.

A jail official says she will probably be freed and deported again to the U.S. on Oct. 29. Her sentence was diminished by 34 months.
