Helicopter crashes on runway at Lancaster Airport
Two people were injured in a helicopter crash around 11:30 a.m. Sunday at Lancaster Airport. When the airport emergency team arrived, teachers and students were already out of the helicopter, both of whom were taken to hospital with minor injuries, Foster said. The FAA is investigating.

Airport director Ed Foster said an instructor and student pilot were training on the Bell 47 Helicopter when the crash happened.
According to Foster, the collision was in the grass near runway 826.
He said when the airport emergency team arrived, the instructor and students were already out of the helicopter.
Both were taken to hospital with minor injuries, according to Foster.
The FAA is investigating.
