Just over a month to go until the grand opening of Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios in Hollywood. The theme park will be open to the public on February 17, 2023but a lucky few members of the press and theme park enthusiasts have been granted access and exclusive footage of the attractions.
Amusement Park YouTube Channel MouseChat was one of the lucky few to visit the park before its opening next month. And the channel shared about 2 minutes of footage from its tour. We’ve posted the video (along with another impressive one) below, but for those of you who don’t want to see the theme park before it opens — or before you can visit for yourself — consider this a spoiler alert!
The channel for amusement park enthusiasts was full of praise in the short video, calling Toadstool Cafe “awesome” and the merchandise store “awesome”. There are statues, decorations, and references to all sorts of Mario games like Super Mario Sunshine and mario party series. And, of course, we know about Ride Mario Kartbut here we get a glimpse of some of the decorations around the area, including some eye-catching racing suits.
