House in Salisbury burned down by fire

SALISBURY, CT (WFSB) – Several fire departments were called to extinguish a house fire in Salisbury on Thursday morning.

The house is located on Lime Rock Road, in the Lime Rock area of ​​town.

Route 112 was closed while crews battled the blaze, according to Norfolk public information officer Jon Barbagallo.

A photo from Barbagallo shows some large runoff from a badly damaged house.

There is no word on injuries or the cause of the fire.
