House of Gucci’s Lady Gaga praises driver Adam “smart”
Lady Gaga giving Adam Driver a healthy round of “Applause” for his work in the upcoming movie Gucci house.
At her Los Angeles premiere on Thursday, November 18, the actress had nothing but good things to say about her co-stars, telling E! News in an exclusive interview that Ridley Scott the film has an “incredible cast.”
“I love working with Adam Driver,” she shared. “Every day he makes me laugh. He makes me cry. He’s so smart.”
Lady Gaga describes Patrizia Reggiani, the wife of the character Adam, Maurizio Gucci, who was murdered in 1995 by an assassin that Patrizia hired.
Although Gaga plays a convicted criminal, she says that The talented Mr. Ripley director allows her to embrace the feminist aspects of crime. “I’m really proud to play this role because I think playing a role that shows a woman in survival mode is very powerful,” she explained.
