Neville believes the South American team has all it takes to win this tournament. When talking about the England team, the legend of Manchester United said (via Metro):
“We always feel we have great players in this country and so do we, but when you look at the Brazilian team, you think, ‘Oh my God – where did they come from?’ It’s the same when I go to tournaments. They have very special players. I’m pretty confident they’ll win.”
Brazil and its South American rivals Argentina have been widely touted as favorites for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Brazil’s Rodrygo and Marquinhos wary of overconfidence ahead of FIFA World Cup 2022
Brazilian striker Rodrygo Goes admits they have a great squad but insists they will have to compete well on the pitch to win the trophy. He said (via Asianet Newsletter):
“We know that we have a great national team, that we are among the favorites. But there are also other perfect teams. There is no point in saying that we are loved. like and then go to the field and not show it.
“We know that everyone is in good form with their club, and that’s why they are here – many good players have been left out.”
PSG defender Marquinhos echoed Rodrygo’s sentiments and said:
“If we think we’re the favorites, that we’re the best, we won’t go through. We’ve seen how things go in this competition, which is very difficult. All both teams are ready and very balanced.”
Brazil will begin their FIFA World Cup campaign against Serbia on November 24, then they will face Switzerland on November 28 and Cameroon on December 2.
