If you could write a love letter to your favorite body part
I read one post and was inspired. I was going to post this about if I could write a love letter to my body, but then I thought to myself, what about YOU? I would like to know if this is something you have done and can do? What do you love about YOU?
We’re on this journey together, aren’t we?
With that said, I’d love to know how you would answer this…
If you could write a love letter to your favorite body part, what would it be?
Which body part would it be? Can you do this exercise?
If you could write a love letter to your favorite body part, which body part would you choose? Are you in a good enough place for you to really make your fortune?
Is it such an outlandish thought to take a moment to adore YOUR favorite part? Do you have more than one favorite? Do you love all of you?
As you can see, this topic made my mind spin… Me?
I’ve been sitting on this and thinking a lot about it. I will write a letter to my feet. What thickness, shape, strength, support do they give me? I appreciate them. And maybe??? My eyes. I love them.
So I asked, If you could write a love letter to your favorite part of your body, what would it be?
Think of a favorite body part, I dare you.
I dare you to find a part of your body that you love or don’t see that makes you feel great about yourself. Hell, it might even be YOUR MIND. But, the point here is that you find a body part you love and call it, cutely!
Why?
Learning to love you, with all your heart, is very important to your existence. BUT with all the media telling us this is bad, this is bad, changing this to this… it can be quite frustrating.

So look in the mirror.
Better yet… the last time you look at yourself in the mirror, lovely? Without criticism? With appreciation and care? And even… confidence?
Think about the clothes you wear and WHY you love the way you look in them.
Do you “daughter” bring you joy? Do your feet go for days? Are you in love with the curve in your arms? Do you love the fullness of your belly? Do you admire the strength of your body? The softness of your skin?
Just give it a try! I challenge you.
