I’m a fashion editor — 5 outfit mistakes I’ll never repeat

It’s a myth to think that I’ve been a fashion editor for almost six years, and we’re still here. Memories of my first internship are still as vivid as if they happened yesterday, and those are all valuable fashion lessons I’ve learned along the way. There’s really no right or wrong when it comes to dress – I consider style to be a highly personal and creative thing – but I definitely took a few artistic mishaps that I wish I didn’t have to take a course in. hard way, especially on the subject of summer dressing.

From fighting the heat to making a smart wardrobe investment, you won’t regret it completely fall, summer brings a host of specific factors to consider. After spending a whole month basically sweating through shirts and skirts during my morning commute, I put certain fabrics and colors in the afterburner. In the same vein, all my “cute but too painful” sandals have also been banished from my wardrobe.

Now, you can learn from my “mistakes”. Below, I’ve outlined all of the lessons from my experience as an editor when it comes to dressing optimally for the upcoming warm season. Trust me — it’s worth bookmarking for later.
