Iowa manhunt ends with Texas murder charge
The investigation began after a national trucking company reported a driver missing after his rig was found abandoned in Cedar Rapids. Federal cleaning crews found a body in a ditch in White County. The coroner identified the body as Aristide Garcia and ruled his death as homicide. Later, the Indiana State Police discovered another person was with Garcia. Detectives found the suspect in Arlington, Texas. Miguel Ibarguren was arrested by Texas police without issue.

The coroner identified the body as Aristide Garcia and ruled his death as homicide. Later, the Indiana State Police discovered another person was with Garcia.
Detectives found the suspect in Arlington, Texas. Miguel Ibarguren was arrested by Texas police without issue.
He is now awaiting extradition back to the White District, where he faces preliminary charges of murder.
