Pacer Prasidh Krishna (3/22) came back strong from the hammer strike he received in the final game to help Rajasthan limit RCB to 157 for eight in Qualifier 2 despite a brilliant 42-ball shot 58 words Rajat Patidar.

Buttler (106 of 60 balls), who led the tournament by a fair distance, then toyed with RCB’s strike to ensure the Royals won in 18.1 rounds. It was only fitting that Buttler hit winning runs as he dressed Harshal Patel to a sixth maximum.
With his special rounds, Buttler combined Virat kohli for most hundreds in a single season. Kohli hit that mark in 2016.
The Royals face off against IPL debutant Gujarat Titans in the final here on Sunday and will look to compete for the special feat of the 2008 batch that lifted the title under the inspirational leadership of the deceased. Shane Warne 14 seasons ago.

The court surface provided extra bounce but after Buttler produced a flying start with Yashasvi Jaiswal (21 of 13 balls), the Royals had the game in the bag.
RCB, who had raised hopes for a long-awaited title with a resurgence run, made too many errors after the Royals put them on hold.
After an attempt to hit the ball below benchmark, their pitchers ran out of ideas to counter the attacking Buttler. Mohammad Siraj ended a forgettable IPL campaign with dismal results. He revealed 31 runs in his first two overs, allowing the Royals to run away with the game.
Buttler has crossed the 800-run mark this season and dispatched pitchers to all corners in his bid to win a game that included six six six and fourteen innings. Jaiswal, who beat Siraj in rounds six and four in the opening match, also played his part as the Royals raced to 67 for one in a power play.
Before that, Patidar extended his stellar streak in the IPL but his effort was the only bright spot in the RCB innings as the other smashers struggled on a difficult pitch.
The Royals have taken the upper hand, having won five hits in the last five overtakes that have come in just 34 runs.

After beating a sensational hundred in the Qualifiers, Patidar played with utmost confidence after Virat Kohli (7) and Faf du Plessis (25) failed to produce impressive shots.
Rajasthan Royals’ speed duo of Trent Boult (1/28) and Krishna were impressive throughout the round.
While Boult let the players sink in the power match, Krishna, who had a horrible night against the Gujarat Titans in Qualifier 1, got the ball going high from a good length.
Kohli started with a spectacular six against Boult, a deep square foot whip, before falling to a loose swing before Krishna. It was a wide ball that went high and Kohli played far from his body to put it in the net. The extra pay contributed to him getting fired.

Patidar joined du Plessis in midfield and again played as if he were hitting the ball on a different surface. He was dropped by Ryan Parag in the backstop early in the round after he pulled his legs away from Krishna on the same turn. Both are fun shots, the first being a cracking cut before a beautiful foot punch between cover and backpoint.
He also goes after the spinning stars Ravichandran Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal in midfield and made it fifty with a long shot.
Glenn Maxwell each hit Ashwin and Chahal six times before Boult overcame him. Boult invites him to cross the deep penalty foot and the Australian can’t clear the line with Good-natured McCoy excellent catch.
Royals bowlers were able to strangle RCB in the death ring.
Krishna, conceding three points six in a row in the final against Gujarat, lifted his game into the lead as well as eliminating Dinesh Karthik and Wanindu Hasaranga in successive tackles.
