Javier Baez’s hits are judged on Tigers’ debut single
Two-time All-Star Javier Baez joined the Detroit Tigers when he signed a six-year contract reported valued at $140 million before closing this past fall.
Baez didn’t have to wait long to start earning.
As noted by Related press (h/t ESPN) and MLB website, Baez went on to score at the end of the ninth inning of Friday’s season opener against Chicago White Sox with a score of 4-4 and the third place.
