JBL Tune Flex TWS Headphones With ‘Sound Fit’, Up to 32 Hours of Battery Life Launched in India
JBL Tune Flex (TWS) true wireless stereo headphones were launched in India on Tuesday. The company is marketing them as the world’s first convertible TWS earbuds that are capable of making them open-ear or closed-ear/sealed by switching different types of ear tips. . JBL is calling this feature ‘Sound Fit’. The headphones come with six modes of active noise cancellation (ANC), hands-free voice control, and are IPX4 rated for water resistance.

The JBL Tune Flex prices in India are set at Rs. 6,999. They are available for purchase on Flipkart and JBL.com in Black color option.

JBL Tune Flex TWS headphones are equipped with 12mm drivers and come with JBL Pure Bass Sound as well as JBL Sound Fit. JBL Sound Fit is a way to make the design of headphones open-ended or closed-end. They have an open-ear design for better natural perception. However, if you need better noise cancellation, you can add some sealing tips to essentially reduce background noise.
In addition to sealing tips, the JBL Tune Flex TWS headphones come with ANC. There’s also a Smart Environment feature that allows noise to pass into the headphones, making them more aware of their surroundings. Users can further adjust the output sound through the JBL Headphones App. The headset also has a total of four microphones allowing for a clear and crisp call experience.
The JBL Tune Flex headphones are claimed to offer up to 8 hours of battery life with ANC off on a single charge. With ANC enabled, the headphones are said to offer up to 6 hours of playtime. The carrying case provides an additional 24 hours of battery life, which means the total battery life of these headphones is about 32 hours (with ANC turned off). JBL says this headset can provide up to 2 hours of use in 10 minutes of charging.
They also feature hands-free voice control that can be controlled using the Google Assistant. JBL Tune Flex TWS headphones are IPX4 rated for water resistance.
