Joey Logano had a thrilling performance in the NASCAR Cup Series 2022 season. He started the season with victory in his first clash at the Colosseum – also the first contest with the Next Gen car – and ended the season by winning the end of the season race at the Phoenix Circuit, eventually claiming a second Cup Series championship.
Plus, Logano won the first ever Cup Series race at the World Wide Technology Raceway and two other races this season, including a spring race at Darlington Raceway and a qualifying race live at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
The 32-year-old recently shared a social media video of him racing against son Hudson Joseph Logano throughout the season, and captioned the post saying:
“Daily Habit – Round with Hudson”

In the video, Logano can be seen riding a mini motorcycle while his son is driving a dirt car on dirt roads.
Since the end of the 2022 NASCAR season, Logano has been busy with preparations for next season. When he returns to the track in 2023, he will defend two titles – The Busch Light Clash at The Coliseum and NASCAR trophy series Championship.
Joey Logano Talks About The Difference That Made Him A NASCAR Cup Series Champion 2022
Since winning the NASCAR Cup Series Championship in 2022, Joey Logano has pointed out that what makes him a title winner is the belief that he and his #22 Team Penske Ford team can do it. He say:
“I knew we were going to win the championship. I told my friends that we are Daytona’s favorite team, and we really believe it, and that’s the difference.”
He also commended his team for their confidence, saying:
“I have a good team with a lot of confidence, and we have all the reasons in the world to be confident. I have never really been this ready for the championship race, and yes, we are. did it, man. I can’t believe it.”
Joey Logano and his #22 Team Penske Ford will continue to see the Cup Series action at the iconic stadium Daytona 500 at the Daytona International Speedway. The event will start on February 19, 2023.
