BJP President JP Nadda on Saturday interacted with envoys from seven countries at the party’s headquarters in Delhi as part of the ‘Know BJP’ initiative.

BJP President JP Nadda on Saturday spoke with the heads of missions from seven countries, including the Russian envoy, as part of the ‘Know BJP’ initiative. The meeting took place at the BJP headquarters in Delhi.
This is his third interaction as part of the party’s outreach initiative.
According to Vijay Chauthaiwale, BJP’s head of foreign affairs, Nadda conveyed the party’s gratitude to the countries that helped rescue Indian students from Ukraine when war broke out in the country.

Nadda detailed the structure, departments and developments of the party and also took questions from the envoys. With Saturday’s meeting, Nadda has so far been in contact with 33 foreign envoys as part of the ‘Know BJP’ initiative.
Chauthaiwale said there will be more interactions with the special envoys on June 11 and 13. While European nations are likely to be represented on June 11, the focus will be on the Chinese states. East and Africa on June 13, he added.
The meeting was also attended by a number of members of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
