JT criticized after a video of her snatching a fan’s phone went viral
JT turned the warning into action and snatched a fan’s phone from their hands for allegedly recording her private conversations. Early on Monday (September 12), a video of the interaction went viral. Before a day ends, City girls rappers stoned critics. More than some social media users suggested that fans should respond with physical violence. But JT makes it clear that she’s not thrilled with that.
“Why did she punch ME? To record MY conversations? & play lost,” JT tweeted. “I thought she was just taking a photo, her flash was on the lil for too long and I noticed it was a VIDEO and reacted, how might she react after that.”
The viral clip shows the rapper sitting in a club-like setting surrounded by an entourage, security and fans. Yung Miami stood a few feet away. The video shows JT turning behind her and shouting, “girl, what the hell…” before snatching the fan’s phone. She then starts clicking and scrolling through the person’s phone as they stand out of the camera.
“I’m sorry. What did I do? Are you crazy,” someone, presumably the owner of the phone, replied.

JT insists no one listened to her at the event
It is not clear who the owner of this phone is. However, that hasn’t stopped people online from picturing themselves in her shoes.
One Twitter user (@_justmargo) wrote, “I loved you to death, JT, my bog sister, but I slapped her right on the ground.” JT replied, “Girl, no, you won’t… but k.”
Another Twitter user (@ay_ohkaay) told JT she can “used [her] word and no [her] hand. ”
“I used my words all night, honey,” JT replied. “No one heard it was alottttt that night. BUT I lived to tweet another day. “
Another user (@thatsjustasia) encouraged violent behavior on the part of the phone owner.
@thatsjustasia wrote, “She should have punched you. You didn’t pay her bill, was TF wrong? Enjoy is f**k snatching someone’s phone. All lovers are exotic each of them. JT replied, “She should.”
JT Demand Everyone shows positive highlights from the event
After a few tweets about the incident, the artist seemed fed up with criticizing critics. Instead, she challenges everyone to show their positive interactions with fans as well.
“POST videos of me taking my ppl phone as a video telling them happy birthday!!! POST those selfies I took all night with ppl,” tweeted JT. Please go, she didn’t react but Apologize because she didn’t expect me to catch her at least I gave her phone back. “
To wrap up her reply, the artist retweeted a message that read: “But if one ever tries, it will work.”
