“For Riley, just talking about the fact that you can’t care what other people think of you has always been a regular conversation. You have to build that tough skin, and she’s really tough… Riley grew up on television, so she started when she was six years old. She and her father recently started communicating again, so I’m happy. And, I feel like with our younger people, we’re really still trying to instill the same thing. It’s just that now there are only two parents there.”

The 46-year-old shared what she hopes to pass on to her children as they mature.

“I want them all to have a work ethic, to be motivated, to believe in themselves, to know that they can do anything. And just know that we always have their backing.”
