Katy Perry was made for Barbie doll. The “”Where we startedThe singer showed off her dedication to fashion trends in a hot pink rubber dress and matching puffer jacket at the True Color Festival in Tokyo on November 20. Perry’s case separates hail from a Paris rubber factory called avellano. While the brand specializes in custom products, her look was ready to wear shortly after debuting on the spring 2023 catwalk.
Perry’s long neon polka dot dress is tight at the top and widens at the bottom. While the ball gown hugged Perry’s figure, the puffer jacket added a layer of whimsy, volume and, of course, warmth. The outerwear has silver buttons at the front, along with some long dart-like studs that can be opened and closed to inflate or deflate the jacket.
As usual, the pop star tapped the famous stylist Tatiana Waterford to assemble her performance look. You might recognize Waterford’s work from Perry’s work denim outfit trio at CMA, she Y2k approved lace-up pants and corsets on “American Idol,” or she silicone skirt in the music video “When you go”.
Perry’s entire team worked hard to perfect her look. To highlight the pink set, the famous hairstylist Rick Henry Create a half bun for Perry and the makeup artist Michael Anthony eyeliner with neon winged eyeliner that matches the color of her outfit.
