Marvel’s What If…? is imagine it or not the primary animated sequence that’s tied to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. That’s why so many have been interested by how it will prove because it was “linked” and but not precisely canon when it comes to the “important timeline”. Per se at the very least. The primary season accomplished its run lately, and whereas not everybody was impressed with each single episode, many have been happy with the general consequence.
One particular person specifically that was actually keen on Marvel’s What If…? was that of Kevin Smith. A person who’s well-versed in superheroes and cartoons. On his present Fatman Past, he talked about what really stuck out to him in regards to the finale for Season 1:
“I watched that sh-t at three within the morning man and bawled my eyes out. It was f-cking unbelievable,” Smith informed his cohost Marc Bernardin. “They caught the touchdown on that present with such fantastic writing and such imaginative storylines. I’m alleged to be a author and even I didn’t see that sh-t coming. There was even a trailer that indicated he [the Watcher] was going to convey all of them collectively and I used to be like ‘No, I can’t imagine they’d do this,’ and bam, they f-cking did it.”
Granted, he did have some criticism, together with the much-questioned inclusion of a model of Gamora regardless of her not having an introduction in season 1 (which the workforce famous was because of the pandemic and her story will likely be informed in Season 2). However even with that, he praised the sequence as a complete.
Season 2 has not been confirmed as of but, however whether it is made, it would apparently go and cope with “Part 4” way more than the primary set of movies did, and that might result in many various tales, modifications, and questions on…what if…?
