As the founder of Skims, Kim Kardashian often models her brand’s latest products, as do her sisters, who often receive the first drops in new collections. Case in point: on October 19, Khloe kardashian posted the hit when she wore the steel blue Skims Jelly Sheer Full Bodysuit, just hours before Kim wore the exact same look again. While they styled different cat suits, Khloé poked fun at the situation by dropping two comments about Kim’s Instagram: “Oh, okay, I don’t look like this. Ha,” and “You ab*tch.”
Khloé, 38, accentuated the design’s lace-up silhouette with a pair of Yeezy Season 5 reflective boots and a chunky leash choker that lines the collar. Andrew Fitzsimons put her long, blonde hair in textured waves; Ash K Holm provide a smoky eye with silver sparkles in the corners and a thick lip; and The Legend of Chaun sharpen her translucent metal nails.
Kim, 41, drew attention with her backless detail, snapping a mirror selfie to reveal a suede knee-high boot – a more neutral gray – and a mini Balenciaga Hourglass bag covered with jelly. The steel color of her phone case complements the monochromatic vibe of the ensemble. She also let her platinum hair down, stroking her cat eyes and painting her lips as finishing touches.
This suit comes in sizes XXS-4X and retails for $108, also comes in Skims’ signature colors of sienna, saffron, and onyx and is fastened with a clip at the back of the neck. While both Khloé and Kim glamorize with their outfits, the one-piece provides a reliable base for second skin, like many of the brand’s products.
