Failing infrastructure is offering a chance for Kinsmen Manor in Saskatoon to transition to group properties in neighbourhoods throughout the town.
The present facility, which was inbuilt 1969, gives a house for 30 adults residing with mental disabilities.
Elmwood Residences additionally stated the design of the present facility doesn’t meet the wants of the people it serves.
