Lance Reddick is believed to have passed away at the age of 60. According to TMZ, the agency spoke directly to law enforcement sources who confirmed the actor-songwriter’s death on Friday.

Lance Reddick’s body was discovered on Friday morning
According to the source, Reddick’s body was discovered at his Studio City home in Los Angeles, California on Friday morning. His body was found around 9:30 am
Although the actor’s cause of death “is currently unclear,” the newspaper reported that law enforcement sources “said it appeared to be normal.”
The actor was reported on a press tour
Also, TMZ reports that Reddick is currently on a press tour for the fourth film in the ‘John Wick’ series. He was due to sit down with Kelly Clarkson on her daytime talk show next week.
Despite his busy schedule, Reddick took to Instagram on Wednesday to share that he is enjoying time at home with his dogs. The 60-year-old shared a photo with a short caption.

According to TMZ, Reddick was supposed to attend the ‘Wick 4’ premiere that night. However, never explained why he didn’t attend.
Lance Reddick’s Life & Work
According to this source, Lance Reddick was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He is said to have earned a degree in music from the University of Rochester. Then went on to earn a Master of Fine Arts degree from Yale University.
Reddick went on to play fictional Baltimore Police Department officer Cedrick Daniels in the hit HBO series, ‘The Wire.’ Additionally, his character appeared in all five seasons, and Reddick was admired for his work on the show.
In addition to his role in the movie ‘Wick’, Reddick also appeared in such films as ‘Angel Has Fallen’ and ‘Godzilla Vs. Kong.’
Furthermore, Reddick also has “unreleased projects” in the works such as the Disney+ series, ‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians.’
