Land Rover has caused much of its model lineup to increase in price.
All affected models have pre-departure asking prices that increase from $2360 to $11,754, depending on model and variant. The price increase is equivalent to 3%.
The Discovery Sport, Range Rover Evoque, Defender 90, Defender 110, Discover, Range Rover Sportand top Range Rover are all affected by this latest increase.
A spokesperson for Jaguar Land Rover Australia said: “Where necessary, our retail prices will be adjusted to reflect increased costs from suppliers, transport and exchange rates.

Range Rover Evoque PHEV
These latest price hikes build on previous tweaks made to models like the Defender and Range Rover Evoque for the 2023 model year.
As with the most recent price hike, previous price corrections vary by model.
Land Rover is not alone in raising prices on most of its vehicles. BMW recently raised prices on most of its models, with Audi and Mercedes-Benz have done the same in the past.
Since the price increases are based on percentages, lower price adjustments have been made for lower-end, more affordable variants of models like Discovery Sport, Range Rover Evoqueand Defender.

Range Rover SV
The lowest price increase is $2338, for Range Rover Evoque R-Dynamic SE P250. Now it has a price $80,390 before on-road expenses.
Many other price increases range from $3000 to $9000, depending on how expensive the vehicle is.
The vehicle that received the highest price increase was Range Rover SV P530 LWB, with it adjusted for $11,754. Now it has a price $403,554 before road costs.

Range Rover Sport
The models that are not affected by this price increase are the eight-seat Defender 130, the new generation Range Rover Sportand update Range Rover Velar – all set to launch soon.
In addition to the price increase, Jaguar Land Rover has confirmed the Range Rover Sport First Edition P530 will be priced from $241,021 before shipping costs.
A spokesman for Jaguar Land Rover Australia said the Range Rover Sport First Edition P530 will be available in “strictly limited quantities” and will likely begin shipping to customers in the fourth quarter of 2022.
