Little Elm director opposes student protest that ends in chaos – CBS Dallas / Fort Worth
LITTLE ELM, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – Daniel Gallagher, Executive Director of ISD Little Elm, announced a plan to address the concerns caused Student protests turned chaotic at Little Elm High School last Friday.

The first step Gallagher plans to take to restore trust and safety is to hold a “listening session” on Tuesday, November 30 in the auditorium at Little Elm High School.

The meeting is intended to give “parents and the community an opportunity to voice their concerns, thoughts, and suggestions to the District government.”
Gallagher also announced the creation of an independent commission that will review ISD’s sexual harassment reporting and investigation process, post-action review of the November 19 incident by the National Security and Safety Commission. Little Elm ISD conducts and an independent investigation into alleged sexual harassment that led to the student protest.
