Milford, Mich. (WXYZ) – Michigan teacher Deanna Barcey will receive an approximately $2,000 car repair grant, this holiday season from CARSTAR Ellis Brothers Collision.
According to a press release, teachers are encouraged to submit entries for why they deserve car repair.
Barcey has had many posts from her community. One of the entries highlighted her commitment to her students. “Mrs. Barcey sets the standard for who and what a teacher should be. She loves and respects her students as if they were her own. She lights up the room,” the entry reads.
CARSTAR Ellis Brothers Collision is headquartered in Milford, off Technical Drive.
