Loeffler Randall is hiring a digital marketing executive in New York, NY
Target: Collaborate with VP, Marketing and CEO to realize business goals for Loefflerrandall.com and related digital platforms. Work to achieve departmental goals through search marketing optimization, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and CRM media. Support as needed with day-to-day operations and site maintenance, and work closely with cross-functional partners in marketing, sales, sales, and logistics.
Responsibility:
Performance Media
• Third-party paid advertising agency management: paid search, paid social, retargeting and prospecting
• Monitor paid digital spending against monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Prepare thoughtful, effective and cohesive digital marketing plans to support seasonal launches and promotions
• Coordinate and share all seasonal updates and content from the graphics team to the media: responsible for the correct presentation, sizing, and duplication of SKUs, including A/ REMOVE
• Preserve high level brand aura image through all media formats: display, DPA, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Update and maintain title, description and meta keywords for SEO optimization during product upload and refresh
• Communicate the success of all media purchases, including retargeting and lead generation campaigns, to the senior team and provide thoughtful feedback on activities within future
Affiliate Marketing
• Monitor the affiliate channel to achieve the target growth of 50 points over the same period last year
• Develop and execute a blogger and influencer outreach strategy in tandem with PR, and secure blog mentions and links back to loefflerrandall.com
• Manage this channel’s daily needs including: general advertising, paid story placement, commission structure, seasonal launch communications and promotional/discount code routing
Promotional email
• Responsible for coding, testing, and timely and accurate publication of all email marketing activities
• Work closely with in-house creative and marketing teams on content, scheduling, and copy
• Create copy for subject lines and product subject lines on promotional emails
• Follow email marketing schedule and updates, including refresh of email franchises like Welcome Series and post-purchase communications
• Use customer information architecture to develop different segmentation strategies: identify and target individual users to grow current business and acquire previous non-converters
• Create and implement email collection programs with the goal of increasing email list size by 25% over the same period
Management & Strategy
• Work with the social and content team to drive thoughtful content creation
• Generate weekly review reports on email and social media performance
• Track industry best practices, stay up to date with digital marketing trends, and conduct consumer research to identify customer behavior
• Proactively make data-driven recommendations to continue to innovate, uncover new opportunities, identify the right prospects for the brand, and successfully implement changes
• Strategize and develop high touch CRM programs to drive consumer engagement
• Leverage Google Analytics to provide deeper, actionable insights into customer shopping behavior for website activities, sales, and purchases
• Be a cross-functional communicator and problem solver to support efficiency and growth
• Prioritize and manage projects based on timeline, resources, and budget
• Handle all situations holistically, with thoughtful balance and flexibility in response to changes in strategy
