Look, BMW has released more photos of the XM Concept
Everyone in the comments section of Our Original BMW XM Concept Post just seems love design, to meet people’s preference for more photos and angles, BMW car provided exactly that. And yes, you should read the previous sentence in a heavy, sarcastic tone.
However, we’re not kidding about having more photos. BMW debuted the XM Concept “live” at Art Basel in Miami Beach last night, which means there are plenty of “live” photos to reveal. Most of the early photos we saw of the M SUV straddle the line between the visuals shown and the actual live shots. That should be enough for first impressions, but it’s best to see what a car looks like in a normal environment through a real camera lens. You’ll find exactly that – and more artwork – in the gallery at the top of this post.
If you had any doubts about the position of the BMW chiefs with the XM’s design, the venue of its reveal at an art fair should explain it to you. The designers wanted to create an artistic standout, and no matter which side of the argument you’re on, XM has done exactly that.
In case you missed it Our original reveal for the XM you should know that it is packing a combined V8 and electric motor for 740 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque. Is one dip into the mixture, it is also the first electric vehicle of the M division.
Surf all the way through the showroom, and you’ll enter the interior to find classic leather front seats and velvet rear seats. Many of these things won’t make a product, but a lot will. We’re excited to see what BMW has in store for us when the production XM debuts, as it’s set to be the most powerful and (potentially) most expensive M car ever. now.
