According to Miami-Dade police, Walls allegedly assaulted a driver in Broward County and led officers on a chase into Miami-Dade.
Walls then lost control and crashed into a fence on 27th Ave and 62nd NW.
According to police, the 16-year-old was later arrested by Hollywood police but lost consciousness a short time later.
He was later pronounced dead at Hialeah hospital.

“He could still be here. No problem they didn’t have to do extra stuff with him. It’s sad how they did to him,” Destiny said.
However, Walls’ friends and family told CBS4 the news that the teenager had been roughly arrested.
The officers involved in the incident have been placed on administrative leave pending investigation.
The teenager’s family wants justice.
