Madden NFL 23 announced that Davante Adams, an extensive receiver for the Las Vegas Raiders, will be the first member of Madden NFL 23’s Club 99. Club 99 is open to players with a “nearly perfect 99 rating. perfect”, is the highest possible rating in the game.
Madden’s ratings are constantly updated throughout the NFL season and are based on the performances of their real-life peers. The 99 overall ratings are only for the top players during the tournament.
Earlier today, the NFL shared a list of the top 10 wide receivers in Madden NFL 23 on its official Twitter account. At the top is Davante Adams, and at the bottom is the Cleveland Browns’ Amari Cooper, for a total of 90.
Madden NFL 23 plans to reveal 99 more club members over the course of the week, as well as top player, team and rookie ratings.
The Madden Ranked Week continues until July 23, with Edge Rushers being revealed on July 19, Running Backs on July 20, Cornerbacks on July 21 and Quarterbacks on July 22. July, Laura Rutledge joins Mina Kimes and Louis Riddick to break this year’s Madden Rating drop in a half-hour special at 9 p.m. ET.
