Man described as ‘mass stalker’ arrested again in Farmington Hills

(WXYZ) – A suspected serial stalker is serving time in prison after scaring people in Oakland County, and it’s not the first time he’s faced these charges.

In 2019, 56-year-old Kenton Driscoll was arrested in Birmingham and Royal Oak on the same charges.

The bond for Driscoll has been set at $5,000, and people in Oakland County hope the snooping will end once he’s caught.

Home surveillance caught the 56-year-old man in the act, peering through the windows of homes in Oakland County.

After his arrest in 2019, police say he was seen looking through a window and bathroom in Farmington Hills last year.

It happened in Emily Taucher’s neighborhood. One day, she found a man hiding in her garage. Don’t know if it’s Driscoll or not.

Taucher said: “It’s scary, he’s my poor son, he’s just scared.

The most recent incident happened with Dennis Firment, who caught Driscoll on camera in the middle of the night.

“I don’t know what his intentions are. I don’t know what he wants to steal, I don’t know if he’s spying on my family, I don’t know,” Firment said.

Police say Driscoll was involved in at least four other incidents, and there were similar reports across Oakland County.

Over the weekend, police used a drone and found Driscoll living in a wooded area off I-696 and Lake Orchard. He was arrested and jailed.

Farmington Hills Sheriff Jeff King said they do not believe he will be out anytime soon.

“We don’t believe that will happen at this time. We work very closely with our district courts to ensure the safety of our community,” King said.

Police are still looking for people who may have similar reports. If you do, give them a call.
