Manitoba RCMP Supt. Rob Lasson addressed reporters on Wednesday night, stating police apprehended Wesley Manfred Wadien, 38, who was thought of to be armed and harmful. He had been wished in reference to allegations of uttering threats and pointing a firearm, in addition to arrest warrants for a number of different offences.
