Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – All DLC tracks released so far
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has continued to be the best-selling game on Nintendo Switch, yes sold nearly 44 million copies since the end of 2021. It also celebrates its fifth anniversary in April, marking half a decade since it was ported from the Wii U to the Nintendo Switch. It was originally released in May 2014, which means it’s been over eight years since Nintendo last released a new Mario Kart game on the console.
While the next main Mario Kart game isn’t coming out anytime soon, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will get a ton of new content between now and the end of 2023. Nintendo announces that 48 new tracks will be added to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, divided into six waves of eight songs. Two waves have been released so far, adding sixteen tracks from other Mario Kart titles as DLC.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Pass gives you all six lanes, whenever they are released. Booster cards can be purchased for $25 on Nintendo eShop and is also included with the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack subscription, which costs $50 a year for a single subscription. Although Nintendo doesn’t announce what tracks will be included in each batch until just before the next batch is released, some data miner can identify possible future tracks based on some tracks in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Some of the tracks found were Maple Treeway (Wii), Sunset Wilds (GBA) and Amsterdam Drift (Tour). These are every DLC added to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe to date.
